Waitlist Terms

These terms cover the Hypergacha waitlist only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, allocation, prizes, purchases, launch-day gifts, product availability, or eligibility for any future product launch.

When you submit the required waitlist consent, you agree that Hypergacha may store your waitlist details, process your signup, prevent abuse, and contact you about access. Optional product updates, drop alerts, and launch announcements are controlled by the separate marketing consent checkbox.

You agree to provide accurate waitlist information and to verify only an X account that you control. We may remove, merge, or ignore signups that appear fraudulent, automated, duplicated, abusive, incorrect, or ineligible.

Hypergacha is under development. Product details, supported regions, card availability, pricing, launch-day gifts, purchase mechanics, redemption mechanics, and launch timelines may change before launch.

Any future real-money, collectible, onchain, gacha, purchase, shipment, redemption, or region-restricted functionality will be subject to additional terms, disclosures, eligibility rules, and compliance checks before it goes live. The waitlist does not make those future features available.

To request deletion or correction of your waitlist information, email hello@hypergacha.io from the same email address you used to join the waitlist and include "Hypergacha privacy request" in the subject line.
