Privacy Policy

Hypergacha collects the information you submit to the waitlist, including your email address, required waitlist consent, optional marketing consent, consent timestamps, campaign parameters, page/referrer context, timezone, source, environment, status, and submission timestamps. If you verify X, we also collect your Privy user ID and verified X account subject, username, display name, and profile image URL.

We use required waitlist consent to store your signup, manage launch access, prevent abuse, respond to your requests, and contact you about access. We use optional marketing consent only for product updates, drop alerts, launch announcements, and similar outreach.

We use basic request metadata, rate-limit records, and Vercel Web Analytics to keep the waitlist available, detect abuse, understand aggregate page traffic, and troubleshoot the launch site. These records are separate from any future purchase or onchain product records.

We do not sell your waitlist information. Access to waitlist data should be limited to team members and service providers who need it to operate Hypergacha, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and communications providers.

To request deletion or correction of your waitlist information, email hello@hypergacha.io from the same email address you used to join the waitlist and include "Hypergacha privacy request" in the subject line. We may ask for additional verification before changing or deleting a row.

Deletion requests remove the matching waitlist row unless retention is required for security, abuse prevention, legal, or operational reasons. Correction requests may update the email address or consent state; X account corrections may require you to re-verify the correct X account. Marketing opt-out requests set optional marketing consent to false without removing the waitlist row.
